No part of the AirQuiz system may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior permission of the copyright holder. This means that NO part of the AirQuiz database or software can be copied, shared, reused, or modified without express permission in writing.

2. Personal use. The AirQuiz system is provided for your strictly personal use only. AirQuiz registrations are not transferable. AirQuiz examination papers and/or individual questions must not be shared, sold or passed to other persons, clubs or organisations. If you share, sell or publish AirQuiz content or otherwise make it available to others, this would constitute a breach of these terms and conditions. In the event of a breach, we reserve the right to cancel your access to AirQuiz without refund and take further action in accordance with legislation relating to the protection of intellectual property rights.

3. Registration period. AirQuiz registrations are valid for a period not exceeding one year from the date of payment for that examination subject. We may choose to maintain your access to AirQuiz thereafter, but we are under no obligation to do so.

4. Database accuracy. The authors have taken every care to ensure that the question database is accurate and up to date. Checking and feedback systems have been put in place to ensure that this is so. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every question. Inevitably, the odd question will be wrong, or out of date. Your use of AirQuiz is on the understanding that you accept this.

5. Server Maintainance. The AirQuiz server may be taken offline for short periods without notice, in order to perform maintenance to the software and the question database. We undertake to publish information about any interruption to the service expected to last more than 24 hours.

6. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of England, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
